340 g boneless skinless chicken breasts, olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, 3/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp ground cumin, 5 cups snow peas, 1/3 cup chicken broth, salt.
- In bowl, toss chicken, oil, garlic, paprika and cumin
- In Wok, heat oil, add chicken mix, stir fry until all seared over
- Add snow peas, stir 30 seconds
- Add chicken broth, salt – stir-fry for 3 minutes
