4 organic chicken legs, salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional), 1 tablespoon each – chives, oregano, rosemary, thyme.
- Grill or pan fry chicken legs for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until deep golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine lemon juice, mustard, chives, oregano, rosemary and thyme in a large bowl.
- While still hot, toss chicken in the bowl with herb juice.
- Transfer to platter and enjoy!
